Once major work is done and trades are mostly out. We can do a rough clean first and a final clean right before handover.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove leftover small debris and packaging. Large construction waste should be hauled by your contractor.
Can you move into a regular cleaning plan afterward?
Yes. Many clients roll straight from a post-construction clean into regular service.
Can you clean while the contractor finishes punch-list items?
Yes. We plan around the remaining trades and come back for a final touch-up once they are done.
Do you clean windows after construction?
