Building rules and access
Many towers require vendor paperwork, set elevator times and security sign-in. We plan for it up front so your service starts smoothly.
Manhattan service area
Midtown runs on big floorplates, busy lobbies and strict building rules. We clean after hours, work with building management, and keep your floor client-ready.
Midtown is the densest office market in the country, and most of it is in towers with property managers, security desks and rules about when and how vendors can work. Cleaning here is as much about logistics as it is about mops.
We schedule around your building: evening cleaning once your team has gone, using the elevators and entrances building management assigns. Tell us your building’s vendor requirements when you request a quote and we will confirm everything before the first visit.
Inside, Midtown offices tend to be busy, client-facing and full of shared spaces: reception areas, conference rooms that turn over all day, and kitchens that get heavy use. Those are the spaces we focus on every visit.

Reception, conference rooms and glass partitions are what visitors see. They get attention on every visit, not just the deep clean.
Large teams mean busy pantries and restrooms. We clean and restock them so mornings start fresh.
