Payment note: If you pay Baymark through QuickBooks (Intuit), payment processing and certain billing details may be handled by QuickBooks or its payment partners. We do not intentionally collect or store full credit card numbers on our Site.

When you use the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

The information (including phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 0–3 SMS messages per week related to appointment/walk-through scheduling, follow-ups, service updates, and support conversations.

4) Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan. Rates may vary if messages are sent domestically or internationally.

5) Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Baymark in the following ways:
